Public Access to Information (PATI)

The CMA supports transparency and accountability through compliance with the Public Access to Information Act.

Making a Request

Any person may make a request for access to records held by the CMA. Requests should be submitted in writing and should provide sufficient detail to identify the records sought.

Response Time

The CMA will respond to PATI requests within the timeframes prescribed by the Act.
