International Agreements and MOUs
The CMA has entered into Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with various international regulatory authorities to facilitate information sharing and cooperation in the supervision of financial institutions.
MOUs establish frameworks for cooperation between the CMA and its international counterparts, including the exchange of supervisory information, assistance in enforcement actions, and cooperation in crisis management.
