Non-Licensed Persons Registration
Certain persons and entities that are not licensed by the CMA but are subject to AML/ATF obligations must register with the CMA.
Non-licensed persons subject to AML/ATF obligations include real estate agents, dealers in precious metals and stones, lawyers, accountants, and other designated non-financial businesses and professions (DNFBPs) as defined under the Proceeds of Crime Act.
